Order a repeat prescription
You can request a repeat prescription in one of the following ways:
Order online
Place your repeat prescription slip in box at main entrance at the Health Centre (please allow 2 working days)
Hand in a local pharmacy (allow 7 working days).
By post (please include a stamped addressed envelope)
- Regular repeat prescriptions which have a predictable monthly quantity are on serial prescription. This is environmentally friendly and is more efficient for patients, the pharmacy and the practice. Some medicines cannot be included, but for those which apply, you do not need to make a further request.
- Following a hospital appointment, if you require this in the 7 days immediately after the appointment, the clinic should provide you with a prescription. It can take up to 7 days for changes/new medications to be made following a hospital/clinic review.
